1. Agreement to Terms

The Playglidex.com mobile and desktop message services (the "Service") are operated by Unlimited Clicks ("Unlimited Clicks", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. SMS & Communications Consent

By opting into Playglidex's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (such as security OTPs, system notifications, or tester setup guides) from and on behalf of Playglidex to the mobile number you provided. This applies even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other advanced messaging technologies.

You understand that signing up for automated communications is completely voluntary, and your consent is not a condition for using our free playtesting portal or interacting with unreleased games.

3. Platform Fees & Costs

There is absolutely no cost associated with registering as a playtester on Playglidex. We never request signup fees, processing costs, license keys, or payment credentials. However, you remain solely responsible for any data, internet, or text messaging fees imposed by your mobile or internet service providers while running unreleased prototypes.

4. Hardware & Device Requirements

As an active participant, you agree that you must provide your own device (such as a personal computer, console, or mobile phone) to test unreleased builds. Playglidex does not supply testing hardware. You are solely responsible for ensuring your hardware meets the specific parameters listed on a game card before initiating a Playglidex.

5. Opting Out

You may opt-out of text notifications at any time. Text the single keyword command "STOP" or "ARRET" to 96404 to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your device unless initiated by you. For service support or general help, text "HELP" to 96404 or email us directly at support@Playglidex.com.

6. Technical & Delivery Disclaimers

Wireless carriers and network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to maintain a valid email and mobile number on your profile. To the extent permitted by law, Playglidex is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information, code glitches in unreleased builds, or any actions you take in reliance on the early-access prototypes.
